• Programming of projects using Gantt charts indicating critical paths, milestones etc.
• Expert site management and co-ordination of nominated sub contractors
• Combined main contractor and joinery service eliminating the normal issues associated with managing multiple contractors on the same site
• Monthly client reporting containing valuation, financial statement, cash-flow forecast, change register, updated programme and photographic record
